Constitution: the supreme law of the land.

Again the constitution is the Supreme law of the land...Don't like it try and get an amendment passed....to modify it; otherwise you are in the wrong....to suggest that some should be disallowed....You know that will always be used in later years to deny some their rights by lying about their sanity or whatever the case may be.... "The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed". We the people are also the militia....We are expected to bring our guns with us when called upon by the state.... A militia, when properly formed, are in fact the people themselves..

A militia, when properly formed, are in fact the people themselves..." — Richard Henry Lee, Additional Letters from the Federal Framer (1788) at p. 169 The right of a citizen to bear arms, in lawful defense of himself or the State, is absolute.
He does not derive it from the State government. It is one of the high powers" delegated directly to the citizen, and `is excepted out of the general powers of government.' A law cannot be passed to infringe upon or impair it, because it is above the law, and independent of the lawmaking power." - Cockrum v. State, 24 Tex. 394, at 401-402 (1859 The D ick Act And Reorganization: (1903-1908) http ://kynghistory.ky.gov/hist... 2. D ick Act http:// en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N... 3. d ick act. http ://www.history.army.mil/do... 4. d ick act 1903 http ://www.knowthelies.com/?q=... The D ick Act of 1902 also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654, of June 28, 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws. It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities. **

SPREAD THIS TO EVERYONE **

The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia, henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and District of Columbia, the unorganized militia and the regular army. The militia encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45.

All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as many as they can afford to buy.

Robert Heinlan said it best; "Ignorance is it's own death sentence".
