About 30 years ago a guy who said he was in real estate bragging that land was a good investment because it was going to go up in price. After all "they aren't creating any more land". LOL what an idiot...He forgot about volcanoes....

This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.
